Goal
Built a site for devleopers to access the new data streaming tool for Kafka.
- Conduct competitive research to evaluate products and services, as well as identify industry trends.
- Created wireframes and prototypes in Figma that illustrate the proposed solutions and interactions for Kafka Developers.
- Define the key features and functionalities.
- Conduct usability testing to validate the design and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Refine the design based on user feedback and further testing.
- Develop the final pages using a design system to ensure consistency and ease of use.
- Implement analytics and tracking to measure the effectiveness of the solution and identify any further opportunities for improvement.
Support / feedback:
Designed the Contact Support component where visitors can use for addressing different issues like reporting bugs, usability issues, suggesting new features, filling in surveys about what works well (and not so well) while visiting the website.
My goal was to make the feedback/support as simple as possible.
