About project

Developed detailed mockups, prototypes, and interface specifications to build a schematic site and OEM sales site to allow our team to review the design, architecture and overall planning of the web sites.

Assembled a project team to review Sharepoint’s capabilities, to which I assigned individual responsibilities that would meet our business requirements and ensure that the project stated objectives were met.

Worked with IT to estimate timelines, budgets and resources. Evaluated the team’s familiarity with our new content management tool as well as took extensive classes in Sharepoint designer.

Established that accurate metrics are critical to our online marketing objectives. Clearly researched and organized our needs by spending many hours forecasting our dependencies for the future and documenting those needs.

Worked with IT to implement strong analytical tools to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) using Omniture. Researched analytics for Lead Generation and Rich Media.

Brought all the engineers involved together, and 3rd party site engineers to review the implementation process.

Developed appropriate content, identified target audiences, created, and distributed digital content to build brand, audience, and engagement. Strategy included consistent brand presentation (logo, colors, fonts, voice, etc.), target audiences, engagement, and strategy to counter the competitions’ efforts. Content marketing was supported by SEO, PPC, and Social to ensure maximum exposure. Built cross-channel multichannel tracking with analytics to show results.
