Creating “best in class” designs for the client’s initial presentations to investors which required attention to detail and a strong understanding of the client’s objectives. To achieve the goal of replicating the first phase of the client’s care program, it was important for me to:
- Conduct thorough research on the client’s care program and its objectives.
- Understand the target audience for the presentations, including investors, and what they were looking for in a care program.
- Use design thinking to identify the key elements of the client’s care program that needed to be highlighted in the presentations, such as the benefits and outcomes of the program, and the unique value proposition that it offers.
- Create visually appealing and intuitive designs that effectively communicate the key elements of the care program, using graphic design, typography, and other design elements to create an impactful and memorable experience.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the designs and make necessary adjustments.
By following these steps, I was able to create a “best in class” design that effectively communicated the client’s care program and help them achieve their goals.
To create an intuitive, interactive user experience across all pages of a website or application that requires a well-planned and strategic approach. To achieve this goal, I started by using tools such as Miro Board and Figma create the user flow.
Here’s a step-by-step process I followed:
- Started by creating a user flow diagram in Miro Board or Figma to map out the various steps that a user took when using the website or application.
- Ensured that the user flow was logical, easy to follow, and met the needs of our target audience.
- Use Figma to create wireframes and prototypes of the user interface. This allowed me to test the user experience and make any necessary changes before the final design was created.
- When creating the final design, I used a combination of interactive elements, such as buttons, drop-down menus, and hover states, to make the user experience was engaging and intuitive as possible.
- Continuously tested and refined the user experience, using analytics and user feedback to make improvements and ensured that the design meets the needs of our target audience.
By following this process and using the tools mentioned, I was able to create a user experience that was intuitive, interactive, and mets the needs of your target audience.
Understanding user behavior in the industry was essential for delivering solutions that met their needs and exceed their expectations. By researching competitors and identifying growth opportunities, I was able to gain valuable insights into what was working well in the industry and what could be improved.
Applying design thinking to the process helped me create a customer-centric experience that was grounded in empathy and understanding of the user’s needs and goals. By considering the customer’s needs at every step of the design process, I was able to ensure that the final solution was tailored to their needs and provides a seamless and enjoyable experience.
I continuously tested each iteration which was also key to delivering a best-in-class customer experience. By regularly testing and refining the experience, I was able ensure that it continued to meet the evolving needs of our target audience and stayed ahead of the competition.
