Project scope:

Amazon Procurement/Supplier Portal. Deliver a platform that has an integrated view of movement of both information and the physical goods/ services. The goal was to save the procurement teams and the suppliers 18-30 hours in a week that can be directed towards process improvement and other types of work these roles were intended for. The sites offers real time order visibility, automate and streamline business processes, improved collaboration, analysis, and decision-making through centralized data management and touchless processes for all our critical workflows.

Conducted Stakeholder Interviews

To understand the needs and pain-points of Internal stakeholders (Spares, services, loose gears, and PAC) during the procurement cycle, focusing on the process from when the PO is generated until the payment is made to the suppliers.

Workshops:

Used card sorting techniques for gathering requirements and organizing information. It involved grouping information into categories based on its relevance and importance to the user. This helped to identify the core elements of a project and the relationships between them, which was then used to prioritize tasks and plan the development of an MVP (Minimum Viable Product).

By working with the PM (Project Manager) and tech teams, we ensured that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the requirements and the tasks that need to be completed to meet those requirements. This helped to avoid misunderstandings and ensure that everyone is on the same page as the project progresses.
